"THE 21-DAY PERSONAL SMOKING REDUCTION PROGRAM"

The information you will provide to the American Respiratory Alliance will be translated into a specific smoking reduction plan that will be explained on the Reduction Key. After following the directions on the Reduction Key, you're ready to start to use the guidelines and suggestions, a page a day, and to try not to go over the number of cigarettes indicated for each day. If you cut down at a faster pace than suggested, read through the screens and move ahead to the day that matches your reduced smoking.

By following this program of gradual reduction, you can avoid the difficulties often experienced in quitting 'cold turkey.' At the same time, you will have a visual record of your day-by-day successes that will show that you can achieve your goal of reducing or quitting smoking now.
