The American Respiratory Alliance of Western Pennsylvania has been providing services to local communities for more than 100 years. We originated as a grass roots society to fight tuberculosis and have evolved to offer programs for adults with chronic lung diseases, children with asthma and their parents, adults and adolescents who would like to quit smoking, health professionals who require the most current information on tuberculosis, influenza, and other lung diseases, as well as anyone wishing to learn more about their lungs and how to keep them healthy. We serve over three million residents of Western Pennsylvania.
