Smoke-Free For Life is an eight-session adult smoking cessation program that uses a group approach to quitting, but focuses on the individual needs of each smoker. All aspects of tobacco use are addressed in the program. Smoke-Free For Life is appropriate for the community setting as well as the workplace.

The American Respiratory Alliance of Western Pennsylvania offers training to become a Smoke-Free For Life Facilitator. Participants will attend a 1 and a half day session at the American Respiratory Alliance’s office in Cranberry Township.

    Registration fee: $200 to cover all training materials and lunch.
    Requirements:    Facilitators should be non- or former smokers.
