A unique method to track the number of doses left in your metered dose inhaler (MDI). It is the Respiratory Alliance’s “low tech” version of those expensive, computerized gadgets available commercially. You simply peel off the Scratch-A-Dose™ label and affix to your plastic inhaler housing or to the canister itself. After you take a dose, use a finger- or thumbnail to scratch off the silver foil indicating that that dose has been used. If your inhaler holds 200 doses (information found in the product insert), you start at 200. It’s best to use a new Scratch-A-Dose™ with each new MDI.
